BLAQUE INQ Contemporaries (BIC) is a community art collective conceived in 2012.

BIC focuses on creating a community in which professional artists and new? Comers working in a contemporary idiom can come together and highlight their work.

The collective incorporates various forms of artistic disciplines with a focus on visual arts.

This includes but is not limited to photography, film, fashion, product design and illustrations.

Our goal is to secure a pop-up space for an emerging artist who wants to exhibit their work in close proximity to their art-world network and reach a new audience or connect with the “existing network in a unique way,” thinking outside the “white box”.

We host pop-up exhibitions/ temporary exhibitions that run for a day to a month or more, often held in a non-traditional space like the Art Fairs, private locations, and artist’s studio.

BIC has created whole programs around temporary gallery spaces and has seen favourable reactions from the press, artists, and visitors.
